An .mov file may stream better from a computer. My projector doesn't recognize .mov's. Both options can be downloaded. Place all your downloads in one folder, and place that folder on your card/usb stick. You should be able to browse in your LED projector menu for that folder and select PLAY on your projector. Most projectors will loop playback automatically.
